Registration

By registering to attend an Aerospace Medical Association-Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (AsMA-UHMS) conference, you grant permission to AsMA-UHMS to take and use your photo in AsMA-UHMS marketing and promotional pieces for an indefinite period of time. Marketing and promotional pieces include but are not limited to, printed brochures, reports, postcards, flyers, and materials, as well as online uses such as postings on the AsMA and UHMS websites, online newsletters, and e-mail blasts. AsMA-UHMS shall own all rights, including copyrights to the photos. You also grant permission to AsMA-UHMS to use, encode, digitize, transmit, and display the video/audio of your session, presentation, or workshop given at the AsMA-UHMS conference, singularly or in conjunction with other recordings, as well as to use your name, photograph, biographic information, and ancillary material in connection with such video/audio for commercial, promotional, advertising, and other business purposes.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

-$100 administrative fee will be held on all cancellations from the time you register, until 30 days prior to the meeting date. NO REFUNDS will be issued 30 days before or after the meeting.-
