Room Rate: *US government per diem room rate (currently at $170/night). Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently, the sales tax rate is 8.25%, and the hotel occupancy tax rate is 15%, plus 2% tourism public improvement district fee and $2.26 State Cost-Recovery Fee. (The above quoted Group room rates reflect the current prevailing federal government per diem for lodging expense and are subject to revision should the federal government per diem allowance change, to a rate not to exceed the revised federal government per diem for lodging expense.)

Cut-off date for room reservations is 1-May-2027; 5 pm (CST)

Rates will be available 2 days prior and 2 days after the Event Dates indicated in the Room Block, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.
Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of $50.00 will apply if a Customer attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
Individual Guest Room Deposit and Cancellation Policies: A credit card is required to guarantee all guest room reservations. To avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night’s room and tax, hotel must be notified and a cancellation number received 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

Resort Fee / Bundle of Savings: Group room rates are quoted exclusive of OPTIONAL resort fees.
